What is your opinion/stand on _____?
In short, all I believe in is kindness. I don’t know all the terms for all the levels and kinds of oppression to which everybody on Tumblr always seems to refer. I’m still figuring out a lot of things, and all I know for sure is that kindness is vital.
What’s your real name?
If you feel the need to ask this question you are not welcome here. Kindly take the time to deepen your understanding of transsexual men and come back when you are able (and hopefully happy) to accept me.
Where in Canada are you located?
I live in Toronto, Ontario. Please keep this in mind when you ask me things about doctors/prescriptions, because I probably, not for lack of trying, won’t be of much help to anyone in other parts of the world/country.
Which surgeon did you go to?
McLean, because I didn’t want to travel. It was a keyhole procedure and the results are good. I have no issue presenting in public, swimming, ect. There are some small things that bother me, but no one else seems to notice. There’s no point going into detail about them here; feel free to contact me if you’re considering him and I’ll answer whatever questions I can.
Where can I see your transition progress?
I don’t really post many photos of myself, and the few I do post (which can be found in my tag) aren’t really very documentary. If you’re seriously considering McLean, I might make an exception.
Then, what’s the purpose of this blog?
It’s a way for me to keep trans-related posts separate from everything else. I also hope to use it to voice opinions and participate in discussion on Tumblr. Despite my lack of self portraits, I want to make myself available to people and make use of my experiences and knowledge. Talk to me about these things.
What does your blog title mean?
It’s the title of an album by the band Jack’s Mannequin. Applicable, n’est-ce pas?
